Comparison

To be honest, I really liked drawing the bike a lot more. I liked working with the graphite pencils and the different textures.  I also love black and white pictures so I like the final look of the bike.
I am starting to enjoy the candy jar project more as I got but I find it more challenging. It is hard for me to blend the colors and get the right shading done with the colored pencils.
I am slowly getting  done and I think I will like it in the end, but the bike is still my favorite for now.

Everything Blue

This picure makes me laugh a little bit. We were told to bring in blue objects to make a collection like Portia Munson. Looking around the table I saw the sun chips, cliff bar, and gum all next to eachother. I think that represents the time we live in because everyone is so concerned about food and consuming. The rest of the collection represents the population as a whole. There are many different objects that have many different purposes and I think that reflects how everyone has different interests.
Like I said before, our collection is similar to Portia Munson's collections. She chooses a color scheme for each and finds objects to fit it.

Box of Many Wonders

I have a box of many different objects. If someone looked in it they may think it is a box of random pictures and things, but for me, everything in there brings me back to a differrent time of my life.  It has pictures and items that were significant to me at a certain time of my life. This box is similar to the boxes of Andy Warhol. He would put together different time capsules that reflected different times of his life.  Both mine and his are filled with things we can't get rid of.
